Is anyone else wanting to acheive a lot in 2020 and want some motivation and positivity?
I have a whole list of goals and potentially want to pay off all my debts and ttc this year as well as cross off some goals. Not only that but its blue monday and ive been feeling pretty depressed lately. Im going to list some little acheivable things i want to start to make day to day a bit more positive.
Setting an alarm and getting up the same time each day even if im not at work.
Quick morning shower to wake up and do hair and make up as sadly i never bother.
I want to start excercising. Cant afford the gym so might look on youtube. I need to gain weight and muscle and become a bit more flexible as im always tired and unmotivated. In feb after payday i want to pay off at least one bill and visit the dentist as my teeth are bad.
Anyone else got any little acheivable changes?
