I'm am trying to become healthier in what I eat, by eating less processed more whole foods.

Someone has just pointed out that the peanut butter I'm eating us processed, which I guess it is. What I'm really aiming for is more natural, less sugar and sweeteners.

I don't eat much bread, pasta or potatos. I do eat brown rice. I never have takeaways (nowhere delivers to me! ) or ready meals.

Snacks and desserts are my downfall.

Does anyone do this and can offer sone ideas? Thanks.

Just make everything yourself.

Nothing from a packet where there is more than one ingredient.

Meal planning is key,so that you have all the ingredients you need and it doesn't get to meat time when you wonder what you have jn!

Thanks. Like I say, I think snacks are my downfall. I'm not sure if I should just try not to, or have some healthier snacks to hand. I do eat fruit.
