Portion size if profiteroles has always depended upon the pack size.

Well, this thread has come at a timely moment.

There's a pack of profiteroles in my fridge, which DH and I intend to attack tonight.

It's not a big pack, I had a quick look and can see that there are 8 profiteroles in there. Yet on the front of the pack it says 'Serves 5'.

So according to that, it's 1.6 profiteroles per person

DH and I will of course have 4 each. Though it should really be 3 or 5, odd numbers look better on the plate.

3 if I'm in company, at least 5 if solo.
