My daughter and her partner split a few months ago now, her and my granddaughter (under 2) had to leave the family home. He doesnt pay a penny towards her and she wont go to csa because he will make her pay half the mortgage that she cant afford, hea also behind on mortgage payments now. Any suggestions what she can do
