Adult spots, why won't they go

For the last year my skin has broken out in spots and they never clear up.

I used to have a break out before my period but I'd have clear skin after.I thought it was the moisturiser I was using so I've stopped putting anything on my skin, I don't wear make up.

Im always getting white heads and I have all these lumps filled with white stuff when popped.
These spots are nothing like I've had before. Why won't they go! Ahhhhh

Don’t put up with it and don’t waste money on over the counter stuff. See your GP and get a referral to a dermatologist.

Adult acne

I gave up dairy and my adult acne cleared up. It’s quite a common culprit but not for everyone.
Might be worth a try.
