Gluten free Chinese snacks

My Cub pack will be having a small celebration for Chinese new year next week. One of our Cubs is coeliac. I'd like to get the some snacks for the Cubs to sample during the evening. Are there any snacks I could buy easily which are gluten free? I've got as far as lychees....!

Prawn crackers- you’d need to get bagged ones in a supermarket and check the label doesn’t say “may contain gluten” because they’ve been made alongside gluten containing snacks. But the ingredients themselves are gluten free.

Watch for soy sauce in things. It’s not gluten free, but there is a gluten free version which is sometimes called tamari.
