Driving test today

Hi, I have my driving test this morning. I am so nervous.
I want to pass so badly!
I will be 40 next year so I have left it quite late and to be honest I never thought I would actually take my test, I just decided last year to get on with lessons and have a go!!
Don't know why I'm posting, I guess to keep busy!!!

Remember to have a snack and a drink of water before hand.

After you get into the car with the instructor, take two very deep breaths to steady yourself before you set off, in through the nose, out through the mouth.
Best advice I was given before my test, it gave me a few seconds to focus and calm down, and I passed first time. Good luck!

Eat a banana just before you start!

If you have time I would really recommend picking up some rescue remedy drops if you can. I was so nervous taking my test and they really helped me (although could have been placebo), either way they helped me steady my nerves. Good luck!

Hi OP, I passed my test just before Christmas, I was 40 in Sept. It was my 4th go at the test, i have quite bad anxiety, which doesnt help!! You'll do great!!
