I have something important tomorrow, so of course I have spent today doing everything but that and panic eating along the way.

ARGH. How is your year going?

Hi op I’m up for this please! I have ADD and OCD which is horrendous as I’m constantly fighting between being slack and being obsessive: add to that fibromyalgia and I’m in need of some help and support.

I need to do a huge de-clutter. I’m not a hoarder but have way too many “things” such as clothes/toiletries and cleaning products.
I’ve bought a gratitude journal as have found some success on YouTube doing meditation and mindfulness but as usual I’ve slacked off and only wrote in it on the 1st and 2nd of January.

Here to listen and offer support Flowers

Can I join on behalf of a friend who is currently procrastinating her way out of a PhD? Six weeks until absolute final submission date and I seem to be experiencing all the stress on her behalf, as she keeps telling me she couldn't do any work today as she had to paint her bedroom/ buy a new sofa/help her daughter move house. Denial is a powerful thing...

I think we could be friends... if we get round to it!!!
Actually my Mum made me a lovely gift once to help. It's a nicely decorated laughing cow box (round) with the words " Round Tuit" on it. I love it! Hasn't quite made me more efficient though sadly.

Flowers Zoflora that sounds tough. I recognise that cycle - when I do get organised I make it so complicated I can’t keep on top of things - eg money and budgeting etc. Though I don’t have your conditions.

I bought a lovely diary from 'Wrendale' with the intention of writing organised sort of things in it, only it's so beautiful and full of gorgeous animal pictures etc I don't want to ruin it by writing in it!!

Thank you Glenntal I really struggle with money and budgeting too, I’m terrible.

This is a great idea for a thread!
