Ucas submitted late

IF ucas is submitted a week late will this mean you won’t get an offer? Will you still be able to get student accommodation or is it too late?

Yes, possibly. The deadline is 18:00 UK time today. The UCAS web site says:
“Universities and colleges do not have to consider applications received after the deadline, though they can if there are any spaces available once the on-time applications have been considered.”
So, if courses are filled by students who submitted on time, they might not even look at other applications.

Not too late at all! However if you're applying for a competitive course as the pp said as your application won't be looked at until the on-time applications have been considered, you might be too late. Most courses don't fall into this category though.

Accommodation generally doesn't have to be applied for till early summer and offers have been received.
