Light Bleeding 12 weeks pregnant

Hi ladies just after some advice,
I've started to bleed slightly (only when I wipe) I'm 12 weeks today and suffering with period like cramps also. Has anyone been through this, what was the outcome?
I have an 'early scan' first thing in the morning as my dating scan isnt until Monday. I'm worrying like mad

Hi OP try not to worry. I did get some cramps early on which kept me awake at night, but no bleeding. Try and rest before your scan tomorrow, hope all goes ok for you.

I had what you did, OP. Several times! All was absolutely fine. The exact same happened to a friend. I hope you get the same happy outcome

It happened with all three of my pregnancies that got past 8 weeks.

Yes, get checked out. No, try not to panic!

Sadly they said its possibly a pregnancy in unknown location and that I'm miscarrying, have to go back in a week for another scan as I've decided to let it come away naturally.

That is sad. I think there’s a miscarriage association website that might be of use to you.
