Letrozole, clomid and cyst

Hello

I took clomid to make me ovulate which cause a cyst of 6cm that has been monitored. The cyst reduced to 3cm and was 16mm today. I now have to take letrozole and they have said I can start taking letrozole today from day 2-6 of my cycle. I am just a little worried as I thought you were not allowed to take these kind of drugs if cysts were present on the ovary? I know this one is small, so does that mean it’s ok?

Could anybody help? Should I definitely start the letrozole?

Tbh, this is the sort of medical question I wouldn't think is best answered on a forum. You'd do much better phoning your doctor/clinic in the morning.

I've taken both with cysts. Clomid caused me to hyper ovulate but letrozole worked on making me ovulate. Both caused ovary pain
