Good put downs for pervy customer

I work in a small supermarket and there's a regular who is very grumpy, quite rude and on occasion a bit pervy over young women including school girls. He'll see a girl in the queue ahead of him and make mmmm noises and mumble 'oh yeah' type thing.
I need a comment to let him know we (the staff) see this, we hate his pervy ways and he needs to check his prehistoric thinking but without openly saying fuck off you paedo git or giving him grounds for making a complaint about staff.

Talk to store managers first, otherwise you can get yourself into trouble. They may consider barring him if they have reasonable cause.

This is above your pay grade. Talk to the manager.

I doubt managers are going to do a thing frankly. They don't witness it and have no grounds for saying anything.

It doesn’t matter whether they witness it or not. They should act on the basis of the staff being unhappy. Plus, that’s the right way to deal with it this.

They should also guide you as to what to say or do if it happens
