My organisation is going through some tough times and I think this may be my opportunity to develop into a new role.
I currently manage projects from a senior leadership perspective. I run a department of over 100+ people and am the operational lead for all departmental changes. I am confident and capable of managing projects from scope to delivery. Have proven experience of managing and engaging stakeholders and I am a strong capable leader.
I want to move into project management but dont have any professional qualifications in this. Would I be wasting my time applying for jobs? Should I embark on some professional PM qualifications? Is OU decent for this?
