Question about changing GP

My GP surgery have referred me to a specialist appointment that will take place later this year at a hospital.

I would like to change GP though as I'm fed up. If I do so, will I lose this specialist appointment? I'm not moving miles away or anything, it'll be somewhere fairly nearby.

No, you won’t lose the appointment but make sure you tell the hospital about your new GP so that the clinic letter from the appointment goes to the right place.
