Sainsbury's online food shop - what happens

Hi all,

I've ordered a Sainsbury's online food shop for delivery today. What happens at the point of delivery? I assume the items won't come bagged (I wasn't given this option). Will the delivery driver bring the crates inside? Or should I pop DS in his jumperoo and take my own bags to pack the items from the crates in my porch? I've got a 6 month old DS and don't particularly want a stranger in my home if it's just me and him.

What does everyone else do?

Sorry if this is the a really stupid post.

Thanks

We have the crates brought through to our kitchen. I've heard of other people transferring to bags at the doorstep.

Watch out for the delivery person putting your shopping on the floor though! I've had Tesco do that - the floor immediately inside our front door gets way too many muddy footprints for me to be happy with my food going there!

We use wash baskets! Get them ready by the front door to empty the crates into
