Glazed bowl that pate came in.

Ok, this is v boring and random but I bought some pate from Morrisons over Christmas and it came in a bowl, it looks like clay or earthenware with a glaze. It's now empty.
Can I put this in the oven or will it crack? Will the pate have been cooked in the bowl originally?

Pate won’t have been ‘cooked’ as you cook the livers/veggies then blend but if it’s earthenware then yes it can go in the oven.

Thank you. Guess that's exposed me as a culinary fraud. 😁 I always assumed pate was blended then cooked.
I will reheat my falafels in it then. Thanks.
