Looking for the ideal cookbook for my family. I have little energy due to my health and am fed up with the junk food my husband does, so I am looking for the following in a cookbook if you can help please
- Quick & easy, as I am chronically unwell, lack of energy, in pain
- Batch cooking, prep ahead as 3 different meals each meal time
- DH & I are vegetarian, like quorn, hate tofu
- DS1 loves junk food so I want healthy version, likes pasta & meat
- DS2 hates pasta, likes meat, hates junk food & pizza
- we all like wraps/ fajitas, but all want different fillings
- Able to pull out meals from freezer at different times when each person comes home
Any ideas welcome please!
