Looking for the ideal cookbook for my family. I have little energy due to my health and am fed up with the junk food my husband does, so I am looking for the following in a cookbook if you can help please

  • Quick & easy, as I am chronically unwell, lack of energy, in pain
  • Batch cooking, prep ahead as 3 different meals each meal time
  • DH & I are vegetarian, like quorn, hate tofu
  • DS1 loves junk food so I want healthy version, likes pasta & meat
  • DS2 hates pasta, likes meat, hates junk food & pizza
  • we all like wraps/ fajitas, but all want different fillings
  • Able to pull out meals from freezer at different times when each person comes home

Any ideas welcome please!

I swear by the Roasting Tin books. All the recipes are one tin and easily prepared. Their veggie recipes are great!

I have just browsed the Roasting Tin books on line, but not sure the recipes are family friendly enough for me? Are they prep ahead?

I have cook books but don't use them anymore
I type into google the ingredients I have available and it comes up with recipe ideas
If I was to recommend a cook book it would have to be The Thrifty Cookbook by Kate Colquhoun.
Amazing

What about Jack Munroe's new book - Veganish?

My current favourite is Gordon Ramsey's quick family meals - we've eaten a lot from there recently and liked everything.

The Quorn website has some good recipes and they have timings on them so you know how long they take.
