Birthday Present Ideas For Mum

Hi, it's my mums' birthday in February, I have £50.00 to spend on her, but I'm all out of ideas! I've bought her two necklaces so far. She loves jewellery but has got tons of it. Doesn't wear scarfs, or gloves. Likes to read historical fiction. Is a homebody (Bought her lots of ornaments for Christmas.), is always cold (Has heated blanket and hot water bottle already.). She is going to be 69. Do you have any ideas/suggestions that I haven't thought of?
