What do you record in your bullet journal?

Have been given a really nice one and trying to think about what I'd like to write and record in it!

What do you do?

Running mainly

Have you read the bullet journal site? I pretty much do that. I’ve tried all sorts of planners over the years but I basically do a future log. Then at the start of each month a monthly log on one page with a running task list on the next page. After that its daily to do lists/notes as I need them.
