I know this seems like a stupid request but I need help. I cannot eat another variation of a cheese sandwich...!
During pregnancy I suffered a little bit majorly with anxiety which manifested in worrying about what I ate. I therefore became the most boring eater in the world and stuck to "safe" foods. Now I'm ready to eat better again and more interesting things but I seem to be drawing a blank. I need quick and healthy ideas for lunch and snacks. If any one can help I'd appreciate it. I eat anything.
