I would say Lilo and Stitch. Rubbish

OP posts:
Unihorn · 09/01/2020 22:26

Outrageous choice OP. It's got to be Home on the Range.

nearlyfinished1moreyear · 09/01/2020 22:27

I agree LILO and Stich but mines is Frozen.

Nomintrude · 09/01/2020 22:28

Pinocchio. Just weird, dark and scary.

Frozen - tosh storyline
Fox and the hound - too traumatic
Song of the South - racist

NellyTimes · 09/01/2020 22:31

I LOVE Lilo and Stitch! You would not be allowed in our house.

Really can't stand Peter Pan though.

frillyfarmer · 09/01/2020 22:32

Dumbo. Fucking awful, traumatising film.

Isadora2007 · 09/01/2020 22:34

Dumbo. Or Edcape to Atlantis (from?)

Lilo and stitch is ACE though. Yabu indeed!!! (Even if this isn’t an AIBU!)

Hoolahlah66 · 09/01/2020 22:35

Fantasia

AhoyMrBeaver · 09/01/2020 22:36

The Black Cauldron. There's a reason that most people have never watched it.

MissPepper8 · 09/01/2020 22:36

Are we going with pixar included with this?

Incredibles, and then the live action remakes, Lady and the tramp was destroyed, Alice in wonderland and Malificant nope, just not how I imagined them.

MindYours · 09/01/2020 22:40

I love the character Dumbo but I can't watch the film. It breaks my heart!

BernadetteRostankowskiWolowitz · 09/01/2020 22:42

Hunchback. I don't remember disliking it as a kid but I put it on the other day for the dc and just felt so grim and uncomfortable at the treatment of Esmeralda at the start - it all felt a bit rapey

Alarae · 09/01/2020 22:42

Dumbo.

Modern era it would be Frozen though.

OneHanded · 09/01/2020 22:52

Dumbo or the lion king.

LadyGAgain · 09/01/2020 22:53

Errrr. Obviously it's Bambi. "Motherrrrr.... motherrrrrr"
Traumatised me then. Would traumatise me now. And no, my smalls are not allowed to see it.
Tragic.

VerySale · 09/01/2020 23:11

A Wrinkle in Time. What a godawful pile of shite!

MazDazzle · 09/01/2020 23:12

Alice in Wonderland. Trippy and weird AF.

K0612 · 09/01/2020 23:17

Dumbo or fantasia

TheSandman · 09/01/2020 23:18

Wow! Strange to see the bile for Dumbo.

I loath Disney's films. Over-sentimental mawkish twaddle for the most part which, more often than not, pisses all over the source material from which it was wrested. - apart from the Pink Elephants on Parade sequence in Dumbo. That is just sheep cinematic genius. I llove that.

Unless everyone is talking about the recent Tim (please, stop making movies!) Burton reworking which - true to Disney form - managed to piss all over the source material from which it was wrested.

TheSandman · 09/01/2020 23:19

sheer not sheep

MonstranceClock · 09/01/2020 23:20

I don’t really like any of the old ones, Snow White, Cinderella etc. From lion king onwards I’m ok with them.

WineIsAFoodGroup · 09/01/2020 23:23

I've never watched Mulan or Lilo & Stitch. I think Bambi is a bit shit. Not even in emotional way. It's just a bit rubbish.

WindyMiller1020 · 09/01/2020 23:26

@AhoyMrBeaver the black cauldron terrified me as a child! I've mentioned it in passing the odd time to friends/colleagues and no one ever seems to have heard of it/seen it

Mulan is the best Disney movie.
