I’m having real difficulty checking into a Ryanair flight. I have tried the app, the website, tried on an iphone, and ipad, a desktop and a mac to no avail.
I can see my booking, I have bought the seats we want, but after inputting passport details I get an error message.
At 3.30 this afternoon I put a message on the ryanair chat, but never got a reply by the time I left work at 5.
Apparently if I have to check in at the airport it’s going to cost me €55!
Anyone had or having problem?
Any suggestions?
