Fitbit Problems

My Fitbit Alta HR has stopped showing my sleep & heart rate stats. 🤔

I had a new (Android) phone for Xmas and all was working well. Now, the data isn't there; the page was showing no data since Sunday and the whole sleep data and resting heart rate info has disappeared...

I don't seem to be able to add it back on, the option is there but it won't work.
I suspect Fitbit are now charging for this facility, does anyone know?

I now they are charging for some things now. Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app. That often works for me if I run into fitbit problems

You should be able to see the HR and sleep overview stats, even without the premium add on. Are the green lights flashing on the back?

Thanks both. I've read that everything that was available before Fitbit Premium (subscription) is still available, so from that, I think I should still be able to see sleep & HR functions.

Green lights are flashing, have removed & reinstated the app but no joy.

Will do more reading & might try the Fitbit Community pages to see if I can get it fixed. 🙂
