How to explain where babies come from

DD (4) is asking how babies get into their mummy's tummy.

She knows that she was cut out of my tummy (c-section) but she is interested in how she got in there.

How have you explained it in an age appropriate way? I'm not with her dad anymore, but don't know if that would make a difference on how you would explain it...

My DD is nearly 4 and recently been saying there's a baby in my tummy- there isn't!
So I'm expecting to have the "how does baby get in there" question soon.
I'm not too fussed, I'm happy for her to know what ins and outs she can deal with.

But, she was conceived via IVF and I think I also want to include abit about that as well I think.... but do you think that's would confuse things?
