Online property valuation - cannot now track the website

There is a property website I recently used I cannot now find.

You put in the postcode or street and it came up with estimated valuations for each property (and also the sale price where the sale was in, say, the last 10yeats).

However, I am clearly having a brain freeze and I now can no longer locate it!

If anyone knows which website I'm referring to, would be v grateful for a link.

Pretty sure it was one of the main ones.

Thanks!

Zoopla. But take it with a grain of salt as if the house hadn't sold for a while it can't take into account improvements like loft conversions etc which can affect prices.

I don't think it was Zoopla as when I searched just now it gives a band of value and only lets me search for a specific property and not the whole street.

Unless of course I am. Looking in the wrong bit of the website - which is more than likely

Mouse price seems just to give historic sale prices

Thank you - I have found it!

It was Zoopla - just couldn't find it on their website and had to locate via google

Oh actually it wasn't Zoopla - they are giving band valuations. The website in question assigned a specific value for each property in the street

That said, the Zoopla one is pretty good, listing both the band valuations and historic prices. And reflects variations like higher values for end of terrace.

Perhaps I was misremembering there being no banding.

Both Zoopla and mouseprice give a specific price estimate to each house in the street - as well as a band that shows the range of possible prices given the uncertainty in making such estimates.
