Do I need a tetanus jab?

I was bitten by a dog today. Only a Jack Russell and I have two small puncture wounds on my hand. They bled a bit and they're a little bit sore but nothing out of the ordinary.

Do I need a tetanus?

It’s a puncture type wound and the dog may have been digging in mud, chewing muddy sticks so you may well do.
You may also need antibiotics.

I was bitten by my own dog and I was fine, but you're right. I don't know where the other dog has been.
