Hi so I’m 24 I’m a mam to a little boy who is 4 and I was a size 6 before I had him then kind of stuck to a 12 and only the last few months went to a size 10 I hide myself away in big baggy clothes as I always feels so insecure and I hate it. I started wearing normal clothes recently but I’ve recently found out I’m 7/8 weeks pregnant and knowing I’m going to put the weight on really makes me so scared. (Please don’t judge as I know it’s very selfish but I can’t help but overthink) I always put myself down and find faults every day I suffer from depression so that doesn’t help either but I’m just wondering if anyone has any advice or tips on how not to put so much weight on?
Obviously I know I’m going to put weight on but I don’t want to put a massive amount on. I’m also hungry ALL of the time but I’m stopping myself eating and keeping any eye on everything I am eating to make sure it’s not bad! Please any advice or exercise you can do?
