As in I’m plus size, not the personal trainer!

I’ve lost 7 stone through diet but have a further 8 or 9 stone to go.

My local gym has personal trainers but the o my one who had vacancies on the days I could do was incredibly unpleasant and made me feel like absolute shit so I don’t want to go there.

Preferably one with their own gym/space to do the sessions and my local gym doesn’t allow outside PTs in and the one that doesn’t is astronomically expensive.

TIA

Im not in London so cant help but Lots of personal trainers do online training these days, my personal trainer does this and sends me videos of workouts to do, help with food etc and its usually cheaper than 1to1 sessions. Not sure if that would work for you but I prefer working out at home without having to watch all the super fit people in the gym making me feel bad 😂

Thank you! Will take a look...just not convinced I’ll stick to it without someone shouting at me! Grin

Oh I know how you feel 😂 I must say at the beginning I was really motivated because I just could not stand my own reflection which kicked me off, seeing results kept me going and my personal trainer would check in daily and ask if/what I'd done so I had some accountability there.
