I was at work today, needed a wee so went to the toilet. I pass a mirror as I go in and turn to it but don't see myself because I misjudged where it was.

I shit you not, for 0.25 of a second I thought I was dead because I had no reflection. I have a seriously thick, irrational mind I learned today.

I went out yesterday while the sun was setting, and the neighbours house looked as creepy as a horror film. For a moment it crossed my mind that they could all be dead in there, and I actually thought about going over to knock on the door and check they were ok.
(To be fair the backstory is they go through regular periods of DV and I'm already freaked out about him.)

What if I switch the oven on then have the misfortune of dying?
I have anxiety issues and many things like this go through my head.
On the bus today - 'What if the driver has a heart attack?'

If I fall into a coma so they check for a tampax?

if a spider/fly gets on a bus in London that’s going to Scotland and then scurrys/flys off, do they know/feel it’s different? Do the other flys bully them? 🤷‍♀️
