7+ Assessment Bute House 2020

Just checking if anyone else is doing the 7+ assessment January 2020 with a view of joining Bute House, year 3 in September 2020?

My daughter did it on Tuesday! She said it was fun and she liked the school, but the math had fractions which she found tricky... waiting to hear back!! Hopefully next week...

My daughter did it too on Tuesday 7th and said they had fun and did lots of group/games activities, maths and comprehension with a teacher.

Hi there. My DD did it on Wednesday and really liked the school. Sounds like it was a pretty busy morning from what I can work out. Very hard to know exactly what they did or how she got on so the waiting game starts! When do you let us know if we make it through or not to interview?

Yes, same.. going tomorrow. Letter is from the head, but interview may not necessarily be with her is my interpretation of the letter?

You’re right, it didn’t say who the interview is with. Just said it’s 20 minutes long, and after that , the parent gets an opportunity to talk to staff.

Hi, I was wondering whether you have any details on what sort of games they played? And what they were asked to do for writing?
We are thinking of BH for next year for our DD but I find it difficult to gauge what sort of level is good enough to get in.
