Hi guys. I know this has probably been mentioned numerous times on here but I've had two miscarriages last year and I'm currently 6 weeks 5 days pregnant. I had 2 scans, one at 4 weeks and one at 6 weeks; the last one with a heartbeat and good measurements. I'm still super anxious and can't stop thinking about something going wrong. I wake up 3/4 times during the night, go to the toilet all the time to make sure I'm not bleeding. I'm slowly losing it! Any advice/tips on how to relax and enjoy this? I also don't have ANY symptoms apart from feeling tired but I've always been one to enjoy an afternoon nap so I don't know :( I know it's different for every pregnancy etc. but it's so difficult to relax and stop over thinking this!
