Delayed luggage TUI

My friend who has booked a weeks holiday after a difficult few months, has arrived at destination and been told her hold luggage will arrive on Friday (return flight home is on Monday morning!).
She literally has a change of underwear and the clothes she travelled in and whilst she needs swimwear and some clothing suitable for the warmer temp she didn't plan on shopping as part of the relaxing holiday Sad
What can she expect in terms of compensation? Should she just buy whatever she needs?

We had this happen once with Ryanair. Our luggage arrived four days after we did.

We bought enough to see us through. Buy on credit or debit card, keep the receipts. If I remember rightly we submitted a form to them and eventually got around £200 back.

We had this with BA, complicated by the fact we were on a cruise. As we were going to Eastern Europe they claimed not to be able to get the case to meet the boat. It turned up for the final 3 days of a 20 day cruise.

Fortunately it was the kids stuff, and I had packed stuff across different cases, but DS only had a pair of sandals (managed to buy ladies size 3 trainers for him, he was a 2) and DD only had trainers, looked cute with her evening dress!

The cruise line did all our laundry for free (it wasn’t their error) and w3 got about £100 back that we spent on trainers and t-shirts

Apparently she's been offered £75 Shock
Spent half a day of her holiday shopping in some fairly crap shops to pick up some suncream, toiletries, sandals, a swimsuit and change of clothes (which cost more than £75).
I really sympathise, whilst she's in the sunshine and trying to make the best of it; it's not the same when you don't have the things you planned / packed
