Question for Emma mattress owners

Was it an ok company to deal with in terms of delivery, 100 day trial etc? I ordered one in their sale on 30 Dec and although it says dispatch between today and 10th Jan, I’ve now read reviews that says delivery took ages and if you’ve got any problems regarding the mattress they dont want to know. I’ve not had any more updates on time scales for delivery since placing the order and am not a bit worried. If you’ve got one was everything ok?

I'd cancel it, the reviews are awful, no doubt they used to be Eve mattresses and somethin else before that.

I ordered mine on 27th, it was dispatched on Friday (the last date it said it would be dispatched) and was delivered this morning via UPS. I received an email from emma before the new year to let me know that it was on track to be delivered on time and one on Friday to say it had been dispatched.

My DS has one on his bed. Delivery was straight forward and on time.

Not had to deal with them since though because he loves his mattress so don't know how the 100 day trial would work.

We've got two Emma mattresses - they arrived when expected and they are super comfortable (so can't comment on returns process)
You do need to let them air for a day or so

And they are supposed to go on a slatted/"hard" base, not on a sprung divan base, or they'll be too soft

DH is the proverbial princess when it comes to mattresses (we've had some v expensive mistakes) and he loves his Emma

I’ve got an Emma
Delivery was within the timeframe and I paid extra for my old mattress to be collected, that all went well too
I love my mattress so I won’t be sending it back
It’s super comfy and has helped with my restless legs
Dh loves it too

This is reassuring. Thank you. I am hoping I’m not the one who gets the crap experiences that some of the reviewers have had. It says on their site that their mattresses can go on any type of base chocolateteabag as long as if it’s slatted the slats aren’t widely spaced. I hope that’s right because I’ve got a divan.

I ordered 29th - was supposed to be despatched within 4 working days. I'm assuming that they had lots of orders because of the 45% reduction so therefore delayed.
We shall see....

Summer this is what I’m wondering as I imagine a 45% off sale will have generated a lot of orders. As you say, we shall see.

How are the new mattresses? Thinking about ordering one too 😬

Only unpacked yesterday... so far so good.

I have a very bad lower back so hoping for great things!
