Best cordless vacuum cleaner?

Need to get one quickly as my Dyson has just died. Any recommendations? Tia

Do not recommend cordless dyson at all.

We had the pet hair one and after 18 months, it barely picked anything up out of the carpet, blocked and stopped working at the slightest bit of hair caught round the roller and that's with us emptying the filter, the head of it and the collection tube. Absolutely useless and the worst money I've ever spent on a household item.

It also never lasted more than 20 minutes for me even on a full charge.

We recently got the Shark Pet Hair lift away and although it's not cordless, the lift away feature is brilliant, my carpets look like new and it's got an anti hair wrap feature so no unclogging the head constantly. It was half the price of our dyson too

I love my Vax Blade. I got the 24v one and it's powerful enough. Charge lasts about 20mins on full power so just enough to do most of the house in one session.

Well I've just looked up the hoover lite on Amazon and they had a couple in the warehouse with 'cosmetic damage' for less than £30 so I just ordered one - Was one left if anyone else wants one

Does the Hoover Lite have attachments for stairs?
