Did anyone’s kid get the toot toot friends pirate ship for Christmas?

I can’t find the canon button!!! It’s driving me mad - there’s the 3 buttons numbered 1-3 on the side and the latch button thing on the canon to launch the canon ball - but whenever he says “press the canon button” and we press the one on the canon it doesn’t do whatever he’s asked. So is there a secret canon button we haven’t found yet? Also we’ve lost the instructions hence why I’m asking!!

That works on ours when it says press the canon button! Perhaps yours is faulty?

I had this exact issue, the cannonball wasn't clicking in correctly so the button wasn't recognising that it was shooting. Can't remember if we fixed it, the dog ate the cannonball so that was kind of the end of that!

Haha @Modestandatinybitsexy - can’t believe your dog ate it!! See we have that button!! Maybe I do need to give the canon ball a good whack in to get him to recognise we’ve pressed it!! How catchy are the songs - I’ve been singing “what an almighty treasure chest” all morning - Thanks all!

The button should work whether the cannon ball is in there or not, FYI.

Our canon button is temperamental too.

Ours didn't work until DS ripped it out and I put it back in again now it's working perfectly without the ball because that is out for 3 seconds (if that) and ends up under the sofa

So I just played about with it and it works when I fully pull out the canon 🙄 so guess we’ll do that in future!
