Any solutions?
For a while now I've been regularly waking around 4am and unable to sleep again.
Improved over Christmas and funnily enough when I had flu as I was just shattered and slept solidly.
Now I seem to be entering this bad habit again and it's so frustrating. I leave myself 8 hours to sleep but generally only get 5. I'm not stressed in particular. No sleep environment problems, no partner waking me up. Age 40, no health issues.
Anyone experience similar and managed to resolve it?
