Day/night nurse

I've got a cold and today bought day and night nurse for the first time as I'm having trouble sleeping.
I need to be fit to drive for the school run and gym tomorrow at 0930. I just want some reassurance that I won't be a zombie in the morning.
I can take my night nurse dose as early as 2030.

Night nurse completely knock me out, to the point I don’t feel safe to drive the next morning so I only take it when I’m not working the next day.

I never feel groggy in the morning, but it’s very effective at getting me to sleep properly when I have a cold.
