Baby’s growth dropped

Hey!
I am 33 weeks and I haven’t been feeling movements consistently so since 26 weeks I’ve been having growth scans which have all been perfect however yesterday when I went they said her growth isn’t where it’s meant to be and she’s not grown much since the last scan around 3 weeks prior, and on the growth chart she is quite far behind. The placenta and fluid is all fine - I work 40 + hours a week in retail where I’m constantly busy and on my feet all day - have i caused this? I’m worried sick to the point I don’t want to look at any baby stuff I’ve bought. Has anyone been through this and what was the outcome?
Thanks xx

To be fair if they know that the growth is tailing off, and your movements haven’t been as they should, they will already be keeping an extra eye on you and more likely to intervene given your history.

I very much doubt being on your feet constantly has caused this, if such was the case then the pregnant nurses, doctors, carers and midwives would be fairly screwed.

Just keep an eye on movements, and go in at the first sign that things are wrong.
