Parcelforce have forged my signature!

Has anyone experienced this?

Waiting for a delivery from a private Ebay seller for a fairly pricey item.

Chased it up with the seller and they gave me a Parcelforce tracking number

When I've gone onto the PF website, the parcel is showing as having been delivered and signed for by me and there's a signature which isn't mine.

Looking online, a lot of signature forgery goes on with PF. The parcel has not been left in a safe place or outbuilding, and isnt with any neighbours - what would you do next? I'm fuming!

More likely it was a neighbour who signed for it. And maybe isn't telling you they have.

Have you had a card saying it was delivered?
If not ring parcel force.

Yup I've had stuff delivered by ParcelForce when not in, they've signed for it (completely illegible scrawl bearing no resemblance to my signature) but they've either left it in the porch or chucked it over the garden gate.

Yeah it's much more likely they've left it with a neighbour and not bothered asking their name because yours will have filled in much more easily.

Call them and they'll ask the driver where it was delivered to.
