Anyone else own a bissel stainpro 6 carpet cleaner? The hose with a brush has just stopped sucking half way through cleaning my stairs! I have tried taking everything off but only the brush end unattached! I'm desperate! Please anyone? Their customer support isn't open on Sundays sad
