cat ate a whole tin of cat food

he usually has a tin of food but spread out over four meals, i gave him his first meal but stupidity forgot to put the tin away! It's a 400g tin.

He's currently in a food coma on the landing, belly looking quite swollen. Will he be okay?

One tin a day! Arthur would eat us if we only gave him that much . Like a pp, he gets two sachets in the morning, another at lunch, and another before bed. In addition he gets a full bowl of IAMS daily to graze on, and will eat a mouse or two a day, plus any leftovers we have .

Fwiw my 2 wont eat cat meat but will nag for the occasional can of tuna. However they manage to chomp their way through 7.5kg of biscuits every 8 weeks.

my half Siamese will eat his 1/4 tin of food then surf the other three cats leftovers so by the time hes finished he will have eaten about 3/4 of a tin hes a sod for it but its never done him any harm yet
