Weight loss shock, stress?

Hello,
Has anyone lost quite a bit of weight unexpectedly and quickly? I've noticed my trousers felt quite a bit loose on the tummy and weighed myself and I'm 10lb down. Wasn't trying to lose weight but have been worried a lot lately and running around loads. I'm still in a healthy range but at the lower end. Don't want to lose anymore and become too light.

Sorry for stating the obvious, but have you been forgetting to eat meals? I've seen this happen with DP while he was doing his internship and there were days where all he had was 3 cups of coffee!

Can be a symptom of Type 2 Diabetes, so you might want to get checked out.

Let your doctor know.

Worth a non urgent doctors appointment...
Has anyone else commented. Are you OK otherwise?

This happened to me last year, same- around 10lb.
Went to the GP and she took some bloods- it was my thyroid (hyperthyroid/Graves' disease). However I'd had some other symptoms looking back- bit shaky, feeling unwell.
