Help turning down boiler

Hello, I'm not sure I'm even posting in the right bit here! But anyway, I have a Santon Premier Plus unvented boiler. The hot water is REALLY hot and I'd like to turn it down but can't figure out how. Wondering if anyone knows how to, I'm wondering if it's this .... pic attached

You might want this moved to Property/DIY. I’d suggest going on the manufacturers website and seeing if they have a downloadable version of the user manual that will give you the instructions you need.

www.manualslib.com/manual/1044489/Santon-Premier-Plus.html?page=19 has a crappy rendition of the manual, but says in part 10.2/3/4 the various ways it can be tweaked, depending on how yours is set up. Hope that helps!
