Healthy habits for January

I have posted in S&B about trying not to buy beauty products but I have goals overall for this month (as a start):

o Get up at least an hour before I need to leave the house
o Brush my teeth thoroughly morning and night
o Eat healthy meals but to limit the breakfast, hot drinks and lunches I buy when I’m working
o Take vitamins
o Try to get 8.5 hours in bed (I feel I need 8 hours sleep and need time to wind down)
o Use a dry body brush before showering and moisturise my body after a shower
o Make sure I look fairly polished every day so that I wouldn’t be embarrassed if someone came to the door on a weekend morning or if I bumped into someone I know in the supermarket
o Use my beauty products
o Not buy any more products until I have used up what I have
o Be more friendly. I can be moody and it is obvious
o Try not to get so upset and down easily and do something productive rather than destructive when I’m feeling that way eg go for a walk rather than argue with DH!
o Cut down on sugary foods
o Go to the gym 3 times a week
o No Facebook (I don’t use Insta etc)
