I’m still awake, Dh and the Dc all sound. Just can’t switch off and sleep. Anyone else about?

In relation to pp’s, I hit a bit of a rut with both the crown and designated survivor. I think I might try and get bank into them both. I’ve binge watched other stuff before so not sure what went wrong with either of them.

Didn't see a Christmas carol, but have just started watching the second series of You, on Netflix. That guy is freaky.

My top tip for falling asleep is try not to worry about not being asleep. Then going through each part of my body slowly in turn, and consciously relaxing each part; first my forehead, my ears, my jaw, my chin, my neck etc etc right down to my toes.

Awake and starving. I’ve eaten healthily for two whole days now and yet still have a huge arse. Not fair!

I say diet, I mean cutting out the crap I usually eat.

I'm awake and driving myself mad trying to make a family wall calendar but the website is crap: all the photos are taking 3 weeks to upload, it won't allow me to crop or rotate or move the photo within its window; also, my laptop keeps crashing and it's all doing my head in.

I quite liked You actually was good for at least part of the first season then started to get a bit far fetched if I remember correctly. The actors are good though. I think they just made another series
