Breasts are crazy anyone else have issues?

2 babes first is 12 second is 10 months the first i didn't breast feed the second I did. Having issues with ducts very irritating amd worrisome been to docs had various test performed very nerve wracking. I just wanna know if I'm alone in this fight or some reassurance. Cause I am pregnant with my 3rd and so scared that this plugged duct issue will continue hardly ever drank pre preg don't drink now obviously and am a light smoker 10 weeks pregnant working on eliminating cigs completely half down from what I started at. Do some people have issues breast feeding or is just me. I was thinking of just saying screw it this time and formula from the start please help so tired and worried

Did you smoke during the first two?

Yes unfortunately I did slow way down but didn't quit like I am tryin to this time

I just can't hear anything dark and gloomy right now I'm high anxiety with ocd slash bipolar amd I stay medicine free so coping is kinda hard nothing sad or gloomy please

Assuming there is no physical issue with your breasts most blocked ducts are due to the baby not draining them fully when feeding.

Trying feeding baby under your arm as well as across your chest to make sure all of them get drained. Speak to a good midwife or breast feeding support to find out more.

What do you mean by "issues with ducts"? Have you had trouble throughout breastfeeding your second child. Or just recently?

My husband pinched my one nipple really hard while pregnant past year with my 10 month old now just joking around in the kitchen he didn't think he was going to get it. And I kinda leaned into it on accident if you know what I mean and then I had problems with that boob ever since. Then I tried nursing her for a while exclusive pumping actually. And then abruptly weaned her cause I was so tired and my milk hurt her stomach. So we put her on soy then it's like my boobs never had time to shut down ans now pregnant again and it seems like that same boob is giving me problems. I've had a mammo and a ultrasound no abnormalities found so is the smoking the cause of my recurrent plugged ducts will I get them with this one? Just light hearted exp please no scary stuff.
