Leftover Wensleydale with berries....help

So I have two small blocks of the stuff which were abandoned by guests. Not a fan of the stuff, are there any recipes which use them up?

Make a quiche with it. Add some decent cheddar, chopped bacon, onion & dollop a few teaspoons of cranberry sauce through it. Make the egg mix with 200ml of double cream & whisk in 6 eggs. I make an all butter pastry for the casing & bake the whole thing on approx 180 °c for 35 - 40 mins.

Is it Wensleydale with cranberries? I bloody love that stuff. Just eat it.

In same position - I was wondering about making some cheese bites - wrapping them in bread crumbs and frying. Thought they might be similar to Brie and cranberry parcels
