Dessert with store cupboard ingredients

I have a well stocked fridge and store cupboard.

Can anyone suggest a dessert that I could make?

Pineapple upside down cake
Rice pudding

• Jelly
• Custard (eggs, milk, vanilla, sugar) or add some melted chocolate or cocoa for chocolate custard
• cake
• bread and butter pudding

Do you have any leftovers to use up? I was given a pannetone for Christmas and turned it into the most delicious tiramisu.

Jam/syrup sponge

Any tinned fruit upside down cake
Self saucing lemon or chocolate cake

Microwave sponge pudding would be my emergency/quick go to.
You might have enough fruit to make a crumble?

I have lots of leftover gingerbread house- not sure I can do much with that?

I do have pineapple so I could do an upside down cake...

Cheese cake using the ginger bread as the base. Toast it 1st to make it crunchy.

If you've got eggs then meringues!

Cut the gingerbread house into even sized pieces (think ginger nut size)
Whip cream to spreadable , just before butter.
Sandwich gingerbread with cream in a long sausage, finish with cream to make it pretty. Leave overnight in fridge.
Serve, with chopped tinned pineapple if you have it.
