Hi I'm 24 wks and struggling to eat anything because of the pain and discomfort.
Was wondering if anyone knew of any pregnancy safe meal replacement shakes? Not wanting to diet just hoping it'll hurt less than solid food

You’d be better off going to the gp and discussing why you’re so uncomfortable. You really need to be eating nourishing food for both yours and baby’s health, rather than trying to replace with a drink

Have you had medical advice as to why its hurting? As that's not typical...

Where is the pain. You need to speak to your dr or mw. Can you manage soups and soft food.

Soups and smoothies?

Check with your GP because you have to avoid excessive amounts of vitamin A. Alot of shakes have that in it. The gp might be able to prescribe a meal replacement that is safer.

I was very sick and drank complain sometimes in both pregnancies just to get some vitamins in me. The pain doesn’t sound right though I would make a GP appointment.

Is it heartburn?

Just eat little and often. Take out shares in gaviscon.
