Help help, false eyelashes

Got a night out with DP without the DC tonight and have bought some false eyelashes to wear.

Problem is I've never worn them before and the instructions are vague. Any tips? Do I put my makeup on first? Can I wear my normal pencil eyeliner with them?

I put my eyeshadow on first and then the eyelashes. Once you've applied the glue blow it a bit so it's not completely wet and a bit sticky. Also worth trimming them slightly as they will look more natural and go on easier. I then put eyeliner on after and some mascara on my eyelashes and the fake ones to blend them in together.

Ok so they will stick ok to my eyeshadow? And how far to trim?

Is it one strip of eyelashes or individual ones?

They are individual. The instructions say to trim to size

Usually trim about 3 of the lashes off I find. I'd put eyeliner on top 1st too makes it easier

Also use tweezers to hold the lashes put a thin layer of glue count to 30 then apply as close to lash line as you can and push them down with tweezers
